lyx-devel,
but not into the 1_3_X-branch. I think that the patch should go in
before 1.3.1.

I found that "Maximum Last Files" has different MaxValues on 1.3.0xforms
vs.
1.3.0qt2. The maximum number displayed is 9 with both frontends, but qt
lets one select a maximum of 20.
I tracked this down to QPrefUIModule:353 there:
