Ben, I don't see this at all. LyX loads and renders .ps files with pathnames
../PS/file.ps fine. It also creates DVI files fine, oth with File->ExportDVI
and with View->DVI. Note though that if the PostScript files are large, and
they're being scaled, rotated etc, then this can take some time a
