It's quite simple, you changed it to be FATAL=0 so now a
--with-frontend=q

Can't we please error out earlier Lars ?
Currently we storm right on after a bad setup, and end up with some
obscure error when compiling. In 1.3, the error is flagged at configure
time correctly
