I found a bug that crashes both version 1.0.0p and 1.0.1. Included are
two .lyx files: thesis.lyx is the original file, debug.lyx is a
stripped-down version containing the problematic part only (removing
the formulae included in debug.lyx from thesis.lyx will produce a
document that no longer
