I have upgraded from LyX 1.0.2 to 1.0.3, using source package.
I used configure, make, make install. No other change, no problem. But when I run LyX,
it gives message "LyX wasn't able to find its layout descriptions" in dialog box
and "LyXTextClassList::Read: unable to find tex
