Hello,
It's useful to have the lyx macros, such as the comment environment,
defined in the elsevier article layout, elsart.layout. The patch follows:

Hi,
Could we add this to latest LyX-1.3.0cvs together with
the required patch by Herbert for this?
With this in CVS, we can improve/debug this layout gradually.
