I have a file that has an umlaut in its name. When I try to view DVI it doesn't find the dvi-file because it no longer has that umlaut but a '|' in its name. Interestingly when viewing PS the command line has the correct name with .PS ending but the incorrect one with .dvi ending. Michael -- Mic
