The behaviour ot the wheel in 1.1.4 (scrolling up and down a line at a time)
was different from how 1.1.5 behaves(a full page at a time). Although a full
page at a time would be better for reading a document, for writing/rewriting
one line at a time works better (IMHO). I am including a patch
