[PATCH] fix theoretical GC leak

As memprof pointed out to me, we leak this GC. It doesn't really matter but should IMHO be fixed anyway. FWIW, memprof also told about some idex() leaks for sendto and old figure forms. Even more reason to remove these forms ! There was also apparently a leak of the XIM object in lyxlookup.C, b
