This patch (updated for Q->Gui change) has been submitted. I will let
you guys play with it for a little while before I post a long list of
things that need to be done for this featur
Note that Andre just moved all the Q* stuff to Gui* stuff. I'll be
adjusting patches, too

actions are missing. This dialog interacts badly with the main window
which will be addressed
