I am thinking about the possibilty to retrive lyx file from google
repository (so called 'drive'), pass it to lyx on my station, edit and
save the modified file then upload to google drive as a new version.
(google drive manages doc versions).
Would an app for google be useful and easy to build
Any plan to port lyx on android?

To increase space for the doc title in tabs, it would be convenient not to
display the 'close' button, except while hovering on the tab.

Has anybody ever tried to provide lyx with some spreadsheet capability,
exploiting its symbolic computation backends?

Do you think that the latex-lab project, an implementation of a web based
LaTeX editor for Google Docs, could be exploited to carry lyx on the web?
