I'd like to tidy up some labels and cross references and use the labels
navigator to navigate through my document. But as soon as I delete a
label in the text or undo an action, the navigator dropdown menu jumps
back to table of contents. Is this a bug or a feature? If would be more

Perfect, thank you for elaborating on this. I suspected something along
these lines but wanted to be sure. It is generally handy to be able to
update so it is good to hear this will still be supported (but I assume
for 2.4 it won't be possible?).

I was wondering how to proceed with the new installer on Windows. With
former version updates it worked fine just to run the installer and put
the new version over the old one. The new 64-bit installer does not
automatically detect my LyX
I updated to the last version but the problem remains. I does not even keep the size of the window. The file "session" in the user folder was changed recently but my changes just don't seem to reach it.
(Does it matter when a file is saved variantly in LyX 2.3.3 and 2.3.5?)

restored properly. This applies to the cursor position in documents and
