hebrew bind file

Will it be possible in the next version of Lyx installer to add in ..\bind directory the file hebrew.bind ? Zvi Altshuler Israel \bind_file cua \bind "F12" "language hebrew"

Lyx 1.3.6 for windows

trying to do the same for version 1.3.6 but I could not find the file "preferences" my question : is there somewhere a file where all modified preferences created by the user are saved? Thanks -- Dr. Zvi Altshuler Israel
