o fix the problem, the position of the cursor has to be retained
when going from single- to multi-line.

If you want to warn the user that the document is not the clean

`reverting' in some sense; the user has chosen to read the version

Two problems:
1 - wording is too long for push buttons
as the space bar was ignored in math mode
unless the cursor was positioned at the end of the math box. Extra
white space is benign in LaTeX, and I think this should also be the
case in LyX (as it is in text mode).

Well, it doesn't seem to have stayed fixed :-)

between lines in the equation array environment does at
least cause the window to scroll down so the cursor remains visible.
In 1.4.* there is no way of being able to see the last line while you
edit it!

s confirmed the original bug, there
doesn't seem to be any discussion among the developers. Should I be

ocus and normal behaviour. Problem does not arise If the
math box is created by Apple-m.
Using LyX 1.3.6-2 for Mac OS X, binaries downloaded from ftp.lyx.org,
on both OS 10.3 and 10.4. The problem was not there with LyX 1.3.5 and
earlier.
