An opened UserGuide.lyx has on the window title
Lyx: UserGuide.lyx (read only)
which is correct since the file is installed like that for
regular users.
Yet when I am selecting open... from the file menu I am getting
a small window saying:

1) Changing the document causes any open math tools window to be closed. IMHO
these window should be kept open, just like the table of contents window
stays
open in this circumstances.
2) Iconifying the main windows does not iconify any open
