Has anyone noticed that CVS crashes when saving a LyX document. I'd like
to have aconfirmation before I recompile and log a bug.

I updated my lyx from CVS today, for the first time in a long time. Now,
when I try to create a new document (using Ctrl-N), I get a dialog that
says
Reading of the doucment is not complete.
Maybe the document is truncated
So what wrong on my machine?
