LyX 2.3.5.1/2.3.5-1 Naming Inconsistency

LyX Developers, Recently, I was working with lyx-2.3.5.1.tar.gz (retrieved from http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/lyx/stable/2.3.x/). The filename is 2.3.5.1 but extracts, by default (using tar -zxvf), to the directory lyx-2.3.5-1. I know this is an abnormal situation/release, but this inconsistency
