In two places in the Customization manual, Format 63 is mentioned as the
current format, rather than 66. (Subsecs 5.2.1.1 and 5.2.2)

I somehow failed to upload the tarballs when I uploaded the binaries.
(Scatter-brained with the start of the semester.) So I have to do that
now. I'll therefore do the release over the weekend.

Changing
Document > Settings > PDF Properties > Bookmarks > Level
seems to have no effect (in output and code). I guess this is a bug and
it should set the hyperref option
