[patch] support mathtools' \xarrow commands

Attached is a patch to support the \xarrow commands provided by the mathtools package: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/8983 Since LyX 2.1 we support mathtools, so this patch is just a feature completion. OK to go in? regards Uwe

LyX 2.2 is totally broken

I just compiled LyX 2.2 and tried to work with it - it is a nightmare!: LyX crashes all the time, for example when you use a menu, when closing files, files cannot be saved anymore and LyX even deletes files I try to save: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9234 http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9233
