The splash user preamble loads the babel package with Russian whereas
the Intro does not.
Any ideas on what the correct thing to do here is? Can anyone
successfully export the Ukrainian Intro with LuaTeX?
Note that if I change the language from "Ukrainian" to "Russian" it
exports fine.
