I've build LyX+Qt5.2 using CMake and XCode and needed to make the
following changes (see 3 attached patch files):
1) A few modules must be added to qt_use_modules() in 2 CMakeLists.
2) Q_WS_MACX is no longer supported and was replaced by Q_OS_MACX
(probably a similar change must be made
