lyx-advsearch: stability bugfix

Hello, the attached patch: - reverts unneeded changes in GuiView::closeEvent() - fixes a segfault on exit when focus was on searchWA (or some other events: actually, I was lacking essential info on the exit process and destruction of buffers/WAs, that's why I reverted changes); I think this
