I guess the following indicates a bug:
1. Create new doc
2. Insert 5x5 table
3. Show "table" buttons
4. Go to the cell in row 3, column 3
5. Press "Multi-column" button in the table bar
6. Deactivate upper line (choose button in the table bar)
=> upper line is deactivated for all cells in
