This is fixed now. Please check. In particular, I do not know what to
do with multicolumns, and how they should behave.
Note that cursor navigation inside tables is completely broken.

I committed a version of the Qt/Mac merge patch which is actually different
from macmove8.diff. In this version the LyX menu is defined in stdmenus.inc
instead of being hardcoded. This solves the problem with remaining separators
