It looks like the CVS LyX does not display the Page Break (bottom) even
though it does make the change in the LyX file.
Test it by creating a new file, do Edit->Paragraph Settings
and click on the bottom Page Break button. No screen feedback happens,
but the file is changed.

As you all know text supercripts in LyX are done with a hack by creating a
mathematical inset and the resulting LateX code is typographically wrong (the
font is too big and the superscript is too high) as you can see by running
this snippet of code :
