I want to prettify the Xforms preferences dialog.
Only this dialog has this extra text field, which explains the widgets.
In other dialogs this is done by tooltips.
Shall I also create tooltips for preferences and get rid of the extra

I think it also fixes the dis/enable-buttons, when nothing is in the changed list.
