Can I remove it ? It would be a pain in the arse to impleemnt
and makes no sense in the world of multiple toolbars.
On a slightly related note, why are the MathSymbol's several-icons-per
file (e.g. greek.xbm) ? Is there a good reason ? It looks like a lot of
hassle to me. Is it just for bmtable
What is the standard way to get around the icky std::map requirement
that the value object have a default ctor ? This is forcing me to not
only havea pointless default no-argument ctor, but stop using references
in the struct value for no good reason :(
