Why not do this with gcc-3.1. 3.2 is not something that we care about
at all at this stage... it will be released in ~decemeber... 3.1. will

I don't see the point of having a View->EPS option.
View->Postscript is doing a perfect job here, isn't it?
However, if we keep the View->EPS, we need to provide
a PS-to-EPS converter, otherwise LyX creates a bad quality
EPS by:
1) create Postscript
2) convert PS to XPM
3) convert XPM
