I am trying to get lyx going in a source only fashion. Is there a way to not
use xforms? I see what look like kde and gnome frontends being loaded. Do I

InsetGraphics::draw(). Moreover, if the InsetGraphicsParams::display variable

several reasons:
- if there is no short tooltips, then it should not be possible to
select the corresponding option in the dialog's 'help' popup.
- the help 'popup' is not very intuitive IMO
- the short tooltips are not us
