The tth problem (which created a zero-length file) has been fixed!
The Export As HTML feature (using tth) works perfectly off the latest CVS.
As always, you can find the latest lyx-devel RPMs at my ftp

I just did a cvs update and looked at src/support/Makefile.am and
src/lyxfunc.C.

I think you might be able to use the native gsview.
Try to have a look at yoiur .lyxrc file and find
the command for specifying the ps-viewer, and
give the full path to your GSView application
there.
That should do it.
