I did tell that I won't answer any 0.89 problems anymore, but

on a tabe to bring up the table dialog. Click on "destroy table". Or is it
delete? Anyway, that button, yes. Click it again to confirm. The table
will be removed, but the dialog window for the table will remain, with a

Dear Sirs,
I have tried to compile "Lyx" on my Iris Indigo (R3000) running
Irix 5.3. Based on the report below, could you please help me
or at least indicate how should I ask for help ?
Many Thanks.

using the latest lyx-devel from CVS.
Also, the paragraph format did not follow the cursor position correctly.
e.g. I click on a "Standard" paragraph (and the format shows Standard). Then

In particular, a way of select a phrase, e.g. Chocolate Cookies to be
indexed under Cookies. You guessed it, Alice is writing a cookbook. From
the docs in Extended, I guess I can do it by opening the Idx box and

I get the following errors/warnings when compiling lyxstring.C with
cxx. Most of them (except for the incomplete type stuff) are a bit
problematic to me. Anyone cares to enlighten me?

Hello,
We are using GNU gettext in the LyX project and have to work around
several small problems with the configuration stuff of gettext 0.10.35
on some systems (handling non GNU make in Makefiles and shell oddities
in autoconf macros). Currently we use our own modified versions of
these files,

If your system is correctly setup you should not need it.

Test if you have to use: pubsync or sync.
