I wouldn't advice to do this! I have discovered problems with
lyx-1.0.4 with bxforms-.89. Use .88 version then you won't have
any unexpected problems!!!

It may be that your colourmap is full. XForms just dumps core on initialization
if there aren't many colours available. Then again it could be something else.
