Here is a problem that I have found:
1) It is "difficult" to select a table
2) When I have copied a table from outside a table float to inside a
table float, the field witdth has been lost.
Using lyx 1.0.1 rpm for RedHat.

If I create a description with for example:
El_nodo bla bla bla
Where "_" is a "control space".
The result will be:
Elñodo
This error happens when the documente Language is set to Spanish.
