Just to say that I won't be back until thursday. I do not know when
you plan 1.0.2, but I won't be able to commit any of the files that
float around on the list until then.

I've finally rewritten the mailing.html page to reflect the fact that the
mailing lists are now consolidated (thanks, Mate!).
Plus I added the digests and the fancy (un)subscribing protocol.
Hopefully this will relieve Garst's & others' confusion (somewhat).
