In case you choose the ivy to be the extention language - one needs to
decide which version :
Ivy-2 - my modified version
Ivy-3 - which I can modify easily ( I hope )

The number of \toto needed to crash is variable. The first time it crashed,
I had a single occurence of the macro in itself. I had written it by mistake.
