Hi! another minor glitch: I have a file TUTOR_HH.LYX (filename is all caps). Now if I try to open it with the open file dialog (set the filter to *), I get an "could not open TUTOR_HH.LYX.lyx - do you want to create a new document with that name?" I'm not quite sure *what* to do in such
