exclamation mark is not rendered. Looking at the output in a hex editor shows
that instead of utf-8 C2A1 only the A1 is there. I used -assume_charset=utf-8

I get a minus 9 msg internal error.

After that I was stuck in a never ending loop that landed me on a refresh page
