I'm trying to use the portal of the ECHR (www.echr.coe.int) but its search
buttons don't work with Lynx.
I get the summaries of this list, but I don't get every mail straight from
senders. I don't know why, but I get only "monthly summaries" what topics in
this list has been discussed.

It is a javascript form submit button; this kind of form design does not work
with lynx.
Best to ask the server/website people to offer a "real" html form submit action.

I think it uses JavaScript. I'm looking at

lynx doesn't interpret that.
