libeay32.dll
ssleay32.dll
which you can get from openssl "Light" for windows.

I've Googled for a Windows-built one with OpenSSL, but failed to
find any good / recent ones. Looks like you need to build one yourself
using 'nmake OPT_SSL=1 SSL_DIR= -f makefil
