I think you are correct. ‘zpool list’ shows raw space, ‘zfs list’ shows the space after reservation for parity, etc.. In a 10 disk raidz2 ~24% of the space is reserved for parity. This website helps in calculating ZFS capacity. https://wintelguy.com/zfs-calc.pl
