My vote is for Lubuntu to switch (back) to Firefox. It's friendlier to the average user. And, nowadays, it's pretty nimble and economical. It's been getting better ever since v4. Plus it gets updated regularly by Canonical (or by the Community if Chris Coulson isn't a Canonical employee) unlike Ch
