Hey Aere, some quick clarification questions... Did you test this Dongle with Ubuntu Studio 14.04 (or one of the other respins?) Did you say that those dongles worked on *some* machines with 14.04 but not the other machines? If that is the case... my initial guess is it could possibly be the USB.
