Maybe "Pentium M" is too general?
I believe the 730 and up have PAE, 725 and under do not? Wildcard
could be whether the accompanying chipset and bios support > 32 bit
addressing. Many laptops of that era may not have the latter as they
were never intended to have more than 4G of RAM?
