2) I can't access a terminal, because the alternate command to do it, ctl,
alt., F1, requires me to input my username and password,.but I can't
remember them.
I found some solutions in Google, but they don't seem to work.

This procedure resets them:
[Alt]+[F2]
lxterminal
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install lubuntu-desktop
rm -fr ~/.config/lxpanel
rm -fr ~/.config/lxsession
rm -fr ~/.config/pcmanfm
sudo reboot
