Hello guys. I'm using lubuntu. I decided to do a clean upgrade from 14.04
to 16.04 via live USB. I didn't bother to format the partition (where 14.04
was installed) before running the live USB, since the installation process
gives you the option of doing so, correct?

Hi Neil.
I haven't had Lubuntu fail to install. I tend not to use it as a live CD as
the computers I work on are rather old and not really suited for that task.
I refurbish old PCs on behalf of a mental health charity, Contact, and they
are given to Contact's members, their carers or families.
