gnome-theme issue as gedit
what is the default menu editor for lubuntu (if any) Alacarte?

Are all the chinese language packs installed?
I had something symilar with european language packs. After installing
all the missing packs this was solved.
Not sure if this is the same issue.

black screen,I can temporarily get it to boot by changing grub to earlier
kernel ie from 4.4.031 to 4.4.0.28 however if I have to restart the PC it
