Yes, this is it. An update fixed the nm-applet startup, now you can remove
the manual startup workaround...
Just paste this on lxterminal and run it...
*leafpad ~/.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart*
Remove *nm-applet* from the file then save it. Reboot the system to check
if it works!

I don't know what FCITX is, but as I shared earlier, I solved the problem
as far as I'm concerned. The bug is still there, but that's a different
story and I'm not sure how to help with that.
