Latest upgrade of both Lubuntu 14.10 and Xubuntu 14.10 (including upgrade of lightdm) resulted in booting to the GUI. Also sound has arrived in Xubuntu. It looks like both are reaching a final stage for release. Henk Henk Terhell schreef op 8-9-2014 om 15:18: Lubuntu 14.04 LTS currently works
