I am not, but I could test it out for you. My 2 first guess would be missing dependencies (somewhat unlikely since it runs on many non Unity platforms) and some sort of issue with your graphics card. Now my 2 questions. Have you tried it in another DE and it works, just not in Lubuntu (I assume yo

Hi Anyone using steam on Lubuntu 13.10 Just fired up steam and it came up with an error that it was unable to connect and goto steam powered for more info. I decided to type steam on a terminal window to see what is sent to the console psutton@e-machines:~$ steam Running Steam on ubuntu 13.10 32
