I've been informed that the PPC ISO's are likely to be broken for A2. The
good side, is that they have promised some dev time after A2 to get them
working!! At such times I go with the devs / release team on such matters.

zRAM does not start for me in Lubuntu Saucy desktop alpha 2 32-bit,
neither in vbox nor in a real computer. Turn off the boot options quiet

I will take a look at it. Normally only the zram-config package should be the reason. But also the Kernel might ship an newer/older Version or it was removed even from it.

lightdm works nicely now, and I can install Lubuntu.
The new Lubuntu Qt session is very nice and efficient (particularly for
low RAM), but buggy: The menu items PCmanFM and Logout are dead: A
simple bug, but against which package should I file a bug report?

I'm no longer actively testing because of time constraints in my RL.
However, I still follow the PPC progress, in my spare time and today
was able to boot the Live ISO (via usb flash drive) for the first time
in about a month. That is the 20130723 Live ISO.

I've just had a report that PPC is working again for the first time since
before A1. What they think will get broken and fixed by accident is not a
pure science. They *think* that change xyz will affect abc, But until it is
unleashed into the wild; there is no 100% certainty.

in again to the Qt session, the fonts are very strange. See the attached
